Altitude & Processing

Tone Chaser Single Origin – 1,200-1,800 MASL (meters above sea level)

Washed processing method enhances the clean, bright flavors characteristic of high-altitude Colombian coffees. The beans are carefully fermented and washed to remove the mucilage completely, resulting in the clean, crisp cup profile with vibrant fruit notes and balanced sweetness that defines premium Colombian coffee.

Tonewood Truth Serum – Brazil, Mexico 900-1,750 MASL (meters above sea level)

This medium-dark blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for rich chocolate foundation and full body, with Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) washed for clean structure and bright balance. The complementary processing methods create a robust, well-developed cup that bridges medium and dark roast characteristics with depth and clarity.

It’s the Pickups Single Origin – 1,500-2,000 MASL (meters above sea level)

Washed processing method from the high-altitude regions of Huehuetenango and Antigua enhances the clean, bright flavors characteristic of Guatemala’s premier coffee-producing areas. The careful fermentation and washing process removes the fruit mucilage, allowing the complex chocolate, fruit, and tea-like characteristics to shine through with exceptional clarity

Acoustic Soft Rock (Decaf) – 1,200-1,600 MASL (meters above sea level)

Semi-washed processing method typical of Indonesian coffees enhances the natural body and earthy characteristics. The beans undergo partial fermentation and controlled drying, developing the distinctive full-bodied profile. The Swiss Water Process decaffeination method removes 99.9% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavors and characteristics, resulting in a full-flavored decaf experience.

It’s the Shrooms, Man – 900-1,800 MASL (meters above sea level)

This functional blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for chocolate richness and body, with Colombian beans (1,200-1,800m) fully washed for clean balance. The varied processing methods create a harmonious base that perfectly complements the mushroom extracts while maintaining coffee character.

Deep Harmony (PODS) – 900-2,000 MASL (meters above sea level)

This dark roast blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for chocolate richness and body, Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) washed for structural balance, and Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for complexity. The varied processing methods develop into a bold, full-bodied dark roast that maintains origin character while delivering the robust intensity expected from this roast level.

Questionable Solos Elixir (PODS) – 900-1,750 MASL (meters above sea level)

This bold blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) processed using pulped natural methods for rich chocolate and nutty body, with Mexican beans (1,300-1,750m) using washed processing for clean structure and balanced acidity. The contrasting processing methods create a full-bodied, adventurous cup.

Ceremonial Matcha (100% Green Tea) – Japan – Typical tea elevations: 300–2,000 ft

Shade-grown for several weeks to enhance chlorophyll and amino acids, then hand-plucked, steamed to prevent oxidation, dried, and de-stemmed into tencha before slow stone-milling into fine matcha.

Ceremonial grade matcha sourced from shade-grown tea gardens in renowned Japanese growing areas. Tender, first-harvest leaves are stone-milled into an ultra-fine powder, emphasizing sweetness, vibrancy, and umami.
